Sarada fights like a Medical Ninja works.
Im thinking Sakura training her in this so that she would always being prepared.
Her mind and prowess
Sarada in her base purest state probably started off like part 1 Sakura.Highly Intellegent, Well Read, Strong Genjutsu Affinty, and Will, with a little bit of Sasuke too, Observant, Calculated, and Cold. Then she apparently have affinty for ninja tools as well being Uchiha, something she probably inherted from her Grandmother, seeing as how Mikoto was going to help Sasuke perfect his. But let get into her fighting like a medical ninja works.
As you see from the scan above medical ninja must apply specialize knowledge into jutsu and be able to excute that act on the spot. Much like how Sakura sought the best way to fix Kankuro...something that I don't believe Tsunade directly taught her, but probably opened her to different way of using her chakra.
Much like real doctors, you read about it but you dont do it, luckily Sakura is highly intellegent with perfect control over her chakra that she gets stuff done the right way on her first try.
Sarada on the other hand would make a great medic and she does posses a few tricks up her sleeves, however she uses her sharingan the way medics use their medical ninjutsu.
Both Kakashi and Sasuke noted how troublesome it is to mimic jutsu, and how they needed a personal connected or experience to mimic the jutsu and they must train to hone it. (Sasuke :Lee/ Kakashi) (Kakashi: Zabuza/ Gai) Sarada doesn't need this nor does she need to train.
She analyzise the jutsu as a medic would an injury and apply her specialized knowledge on ninjutsu and chakra control to perform it and with much more profiency, she preform her jutsu as if she been doing it for years.Unlike Sasuke,
She is also keen in evasive skill, even without the sharingan, like medic are trained to be.
