-family should mean love and respect between brotthers and sisters and parents...it should mean peace...but in Naruto Manga i see teh contrary...brothers kill their brothers.... sons kill their parents...mothers try to kill her sons....other kills his entire clan.....it happens alot in Manga ...mangakas should be aware and not exagerate..

That wouldn't really be restoration though, the Uzumaki bloodline has already been diluted anyway and the last Uzumaki with pure blood is Karin. Even if he married her, their kids wouldn't be 'pure' Uzumaki either. So, since the clan's blood is diluted anyway, what better way to lead to an evolution of sorts than to marry the Hyuuga princess and merge the Uzumaki and Hyuuga bloodlines.
