Well it depends, what Gaara are we talking? Jinchuriki or current?

Gaara reducing the volume of sand he carries around suggests his sand is faster than before. At the beginning of p2, his sand was already lightning fast. [

Even think this is corroborated in the boruto movie when we know Gaara wasn't in a sandy desert and he still summoned large volumes of sand when he protected the spectators in Konoha, was able to use his sand to assist Darui in a flight battle with Momoshiki and he shielded himself and the other Kage's from fused Momo's attack in that wilderness.

Again, featless Moegi dies quickly. Temari should follow. I'm only thinking the Hyuga sisters last longer than Temari because having the ability to do rotation also means they could use body blow. But every usage of body blow in the manga seems to have a short lag time iirc so their legs get crushed easily and that's the end for them.

Sakura remains the only meaningful threat and she loses eventually too. War arc Gaara defeats Adult Sakura so it doesn't change with Adult Gaara especially in a desert. You can see

Tsunade was dissected yet was revived. Space doesnt restrict limbs from pushing the sand apart and growing.
