She is Sasuke's kid afterall. He was basically an icon of versatility which was portrayed best during his fight with Itachi. Either way, she's pretty impressive and that's coming from a Boruto fan

I came to the conclusion that she used Doton against Buntan after episode 41, when she said she didn't have enough speed to play around against her opponents.

You see, Buntan's attack was like 1 or 2 feets from hitting Sarada:

The gif itself shows another rock beside her when she dodges just like the one she hid behind. Sure, she could've used Doton, but she could just as easily have hidden behind a rock. Its too vague to call a feat until we see her doing something similar more clearly.

The attack moved in a straight line and there was no rocks in front of her.

But we still never see her casting I, so its just as likely we don't see her moving, and the rock looks a lot like the other ones in her surroundings. It isn't really made clear. But if that meant she really has Doton though, the anime will show it again sooner or later, so we wait.

I have to agree. I was on the fence about that particular instance myself. I mean usually if someone does Donton to block an attack or hide behind a wall they slam their palm on the ground before it shoots up. As you stated there was a rock already there.

I think it was more likely she used Substitution Jutsu. The lighting moved in a strait line but then proceeded to hit something causing it to deflect. The rock was shown to hint that she substituted herself for the rock and positioned herself behind it.

Like Kakashi swaps for a log before going into hiding.

Not trying to take anything away from Sarada here but I’m just not sure. She has learned Donton yet.

The same argument can be used for her supposed Medical Ninjutsu.

That is VERY vague, and could just as easily mean she just bandaged up whatever unspecified wounds that guy ended up with. No way to really tell.
