As for Nagato we dont know what affect having unawakened eyes had on him. He's also had them his whole life to adjust. Obito took a fully awakened rinnegan, was using the Mezo, the six paths of Obito and the tailed beasts. Summoning the Mezo turned Nagato into a cripple as well he was only able to survive because of his life force maybe strong lifeforce plays the part in resisting the Rinnegan's power.

None of that = every Uzumaki.
