Why would Sakura do a Shanaroo with multiple hits, it's the strongest much in the series, one hit is the final blow. Sakura is capable as seen. In the last, and the only reason Sakura rarely uses her feet is to distinguish her from Tsunade, Sarada only uses her feet because she fights like Sasuke , and she never used CES with her feet, so far it's been base, which is still stronger than most
