More confirmation on ep 129!.. This should be a straight up fight between the two power houses.. Hopefully it's the same animators as the hour special..

OT: either goku wins or jiren cuz if goku lose it could be a stalemate between the two universes since frieza is still in bound. if its a draw then freiza wins then that would be the end..

I mean they did have to buff him with Mastered Ultra Instinct just to fully match Jiren (which again shows me that he is a poorly written, OP character). Goku won't just solo him, but he will more than likely win high diff, or Frieza takes the W by staying in the ring.

He was beating him with the incomplete form which is understandable because he lacked the offense part to land fatal blows. So every time he went on the offense it kinda compromised his defense in dodging all of his attacks.
But Having full control of both offense and defense while being hit at the same time is ridiculous because it's not about just being strong at this point otherwise what is Jiren's excuse by being able to land a hit on somebody that can immediately dodge all your attack without even thinking?
At that point you would need to fight like a god and use god powers to erase him or seal him when knowing when and where to attack becomes irrelevant. Jiren does not have that capability.

I really hope Frieza gets ringed out. It's just way too predicable if he stays in... even for Dragon Ball... Besides, seeing Frieza get beat up never gets old.

Good points, but if they just make Goku smack Jiren down (which he should considering the situation) it would pretty much just make Jiren look like wasted potential, so they are gonna make it as though Jiren just has all these reserves of power to match Ultra Instinct. Ultimately Goku should win, but knowing toei some random nonsense will probably happen

The problem is the inconsistency of the animators who are not all DBS originals so the power scaling will be off an there are many who can point them out like you guys have in your posts.. (Give & Take)

Jiren will most likely be the way he was in the 1 hour special were his power seemed limitless to match what's to come.. It should be a good fight but folks won't like the power scaling inconsistency..

It's really the only argument.
