There are no indications whatsoever that Sasuke is dead. Naruto, on the other hand.....
1 - Konoha is completely destroyed - Naruto is the one who's supposed to protect it
2 - Boruto is the one fighting Kawaki, not Naruto. Where is he if not dead?
3 - Kawaki says that the Shinobi age is over, then that he would send Boruto to the same place as Naruto
4 - Sarada's Ms is a Sun, another clue that Naruto died
1- So what? He's the hokage, then he should be the only one who must protect it? What happened to K11 & Sasuke? No rule on protecting it?
2- Possibly sealed in another dimension, we can't tell. So nobody can confirm anything.
3- That doesn't indicates anything.
4- Maybe. However, if Kawaki have had sent Naruto to whatever place or killed him, wouldn't it be a bit too late for Sarada to unlock it assuming that the ending of the series is near during that time? I mean Boruto's fight with Kawaki might overshadow her. she'll be left behind if she didn't unlock it faster in order to compete with her teammates (Mitsuki's sage mode, Boruto's seal + eye, she really needs her MS Asap) not saying she's going to be weak without it tho. The Sun might reference Boruto or Itachi too.
