I would say Boruto is pretty much like Neji ( thanks to the Byakugan Princess ) and Minato, he outplayed many of his opponents. Boruto is very smart and he uses any mechanism to the best of his ninja talent.

Even if Boruto is being disadvantaged, he always find a plan to surprise his opponents.

Part 1 probably she loses. Her intelligence is higher than Boruto tho. She was called the smartest of her generation by Kakashi smarter than Sasuke and Shikamaru. She's more than capable of putting Boruto in a trap like she did to the sound nin. Part 2 literal rapes. Sakura's punches destroy his speed sincs he should fly to reach her which she can't. War arc Sakura slaps. Almost beat Madara despite invisible wall + black rod chakra disruption which not even Sasuke could touch until he got the Rinnegan. Shannaroed Kaguya with ease despite giving her chakra plentiful amounts to Obito for space travel and still broke Kaguya's horn despite 360° vision and made her bled. Everything Sakura does is attributed to plot these days. You can keep that mentality to yourself.

No not the first 3 only number 3. In the first 1 Boruto has 1 arm he can't use ninjutsu to counter or defend. In number 2 he has no leg so loses mobility, balance etc even with his hands he's effectively a fodder. Number 3 he wins because of the reasons I gave.
