Shino (or Aburame clan in general) potential

I see many members say Shino ( Aburame clan) had great potential in manga.

Can you explain why I would like to read your opinion about this matter.

Shino's bugs are super OP. It's a pseudo Hyuga like ability. It devours the chakra of your victim when touched. Sorta like a parasite. + Danzo's guard had a rare kind of species which devours cells according to the Databook.

The Aburama clan use bugs, those bugs can eat chakra, scout, make the user aware of external influences (genjutsu). Advanced level enter the body and cause decay etc. Technically bugs flapping their wings create a buzz which should block sound sort of granting genjutsu immunity but more importantly even generate genjutsu via the buzzing. The bugs can constantly swarm a person and attack causing confusion, hit the eyes. If the user is skilled in thaijutsu and weapons skills they can act as feints etc. They're the clan with the most insane potential for development.

Can bugs eat rotation chakra. It's made of chakra so it's negated by former right probably.

Yes but that depends on the speed they devour chakra with and would it be worth them eating chakra

he has the potential to use his bugs like gaara uses the sand in his gourd.
theyre useful for gathering intel, or they can even act on their own.
just think about the useful applications of having a legion of different types of insects as a ninja?

That dude, torune was it? He’s probably something like what an elite aburame character would be on his own(sans plot device power ups). Had obito still had his normal body he would of permantly lost an arm at the very least.

Versatility. As stated above, the bugs can do a shitload of things, add that to whatever specialization the Aburame ninja has (Taijutsu, Genjutsu or Ninjutsu) and you have a potential powerhouse. Too bad they got nerfed.

Aburame and Akamichi have nerfed due to plot revolve around MC. The former idea of Kishimoto is to put Aburame and Akamichi as one of haxx clan from konoha but due to $$$ in Sasuke (Uchiha) the idea never reallized.
