I’m waiting for a high position member to do a change. I’m pretty sure anyone of royal blood would be in an “Accident” before that happens.

It wouldn't be legitimate.
It'd be delusional, and the masses would be forced to "respect" it out of "political correctness".Bunch of spoiled brats that are unhappy with their bodies and want something the next person has...such a sense of entitlement.Twisted...just twisted. "Identity theft"....seriously.
Bottom line, a "***-change" is incredibly narcissistic.

This. If the person is already a king/queen, going by the tropes I've watched, they're already married and hold whatever power they do. There is also the chance of the transsexual king/queen's wife/husband not being from a royal lineage(aka allowed to rule) of the kingdom they're in. I think things would work differently if a prince or princess got a *** change though.

Perhaps one should invoke the use of a neutral term in reference to a ruler. One that is neither "king" nor "queen" to impose the consistency of ruling doctrines and practices.
