Dart clown nonstop BS spouting. Itachi tells Sasuke has no chakra. Sasuke agrees. We see lightning every around sasuke. Sasuke takes lightning from atmosphere hence word tamed used there. Only a moron of dart and reviewing sheetloic's level would claim/go against the manga :lol. It's a jutsu which automatically summons in the user's hand once set up.

Even a bare minimum of chakra is still needed to direct the lightning, which is why he lost control of the seal afterwards and it's what Zetsu explains, that he tried to squeeze more power when he didn't have any more chakra. This is read as "he's close to 0 chakra and he tried to activate a jutsu".

Fix your comprehension. Power =/= chakra. Zetsu's referring to the curse seal which is not chakra and Sasuke trying to get more power from it which opened the door for orochimaru sinxe Sasuke absorbed him into the body with his cursed seal during the transfer ritual.
please recheck your facts.
Zetsu states Sasuke was trying to utilize the curse seal because he was out of chakra and not the other way around. The reason the seal acted the way it did is because Sasuke tried to use the curse seal despite being drained of chakra.

Sharingan is not base for a Uchiha because :
1. Many Uchihas don't even get Sharingan.
2. It needs to be activated so it can't be base.

Look at the difference, choji uses a pill that he had to condition his body in order to learn butterly mode. Sasuke only needed to be born and eventually he naturally awakened his sharingan. It can and should be considered that sharingan is a base ability to Uchiha. Similar to any kkg clan born individuals.

Dubious...once again, the uchias have to "activate” their sharingan much like Gai would activate his gates or Raikage would activate his Lightening armor or Naruto would activate his kuubi cloak. How is that base? What would you call a uchia with their sharingan deactivated then, sub-base level? C’mon bro that’s common sense.
As for the whole Kirin thing, Sasuke clearly used his own chakra as a beacon to guide the attack down to Itachi. He even covered his hand in raiton in order to do so... furthermore, Sasuke has never been shown to do Kirin without first injecting his own chakra into the clouds/atmosphere.

I would say the Sharingan originates from the blood but requires special chakra to awaken before it's useable. The word base itself is an obscure term it will be different from character to character.
Kirin is natural lightning with its precursor being a Ninjutsu. Kiring itself isn't chakra or composed of chakra but nature which is then guided by chakra produced Sasuke.

Base form can be debatable I suppose since people are using different definitions of base level. Base level to me is a character with no enhacements like you said but sharingan is not a mode or state of mind. It is only the Uchiha ocular jutsu and its a genetic trait so to me its a normal power. Not an awakening like you have said.
Sasuke says he's out of chakra and he then continues to use Kirin. Why do you think I question idiots who are saying otherwise. there is no chakra using to guide Kirin. Sasuke tamed lightning naturally. This is a manga fact so arguing with it, is like arguing with the manga. Sasuke is not using his chakra to guide kirin, Sasuke is guiding kirin with his presence.

Problem is, you're misreading the "no chakra" thing. That's due to the payload of the jutsu (meaning, the lightning itself) doesn't require chakra (lies, it does, it used both Amaterasu and Gouryuka to create the thunderstorm. Either that or fight in a rainy day hoping for a thunderstorm) to create, but Sasuke does need chakra to concentrate and direct the lightning to a target, unless you're going to tell me he does that with willpower or something like that, which would make you wrong as I've already proved that Sasuke does use chakra for that.
Two character statements saying Sasuke is out of chakra. 1 character statement Sasuke tames lightning as Kirin is standing in the back ground after he raises his hand. The answer is pretty obvious here. It's just the unwillingness to accept it.
It's a shame you're so literal about the words written in the manga yet you cannot make an excuse for the lightning in Sasuke's hand. To properly answer that would require to think beyond what's written and add some context into it. GL with that.
I just did. If you look at the page original page Kirin is activated and the page before you would see the lightning clouds forming above them first. Sasuke raises his hand and a streak of lightning comes to his hand from the storms.

Lol, are you comparing Chidori to manipulating Kirin?
Let's not quibble over semantics all right; Chidori is hardly anything for him. Shinobi can't live without chakra anyways, so if a shinobi claims that their out of chakra (which occurs frequently in the manga), should we doubt him or use common sense and conclude that the shinobi is at a level where they can't use a notable amount of chakra.
Now please stop grasping at straws.
