Laugh at will hater but teh truth is that they don't appear in the Manga and you can't deny it.

It looks like he doesn't have any even if the guy to his right uses the same attire but there is no sign of Denki or Iwabe. You can't deny this, so as it is now, Iwabe and Denki are filler, unless the anime is its own story and canon by itself.
