It's all a desperate attempt to draw and KEEP the attention of other countries on them.Marketing tactic. They're sort of boring to me, it feels like it's not enough.

Funny thing is, when you do the MOST to make a statement, and it's STILL not enough.Really tells you that you're trying entirely too hard.

I don't like Kpop neither, but people will always have different tastes, the fact that most of them like the same stuff is just a cultural issue which is constantly changed by the younger generations.

It's just a matter of getting used to, if you think about it, songs with English lyrics are played all over the world and people like it even not fully understanding their meaning. Music is about melody too, if it were the same music style you like, I guess you'd be pleased when listening to it.

K-Pop isn't my thing. Since the early days of my teenagehood, I've been exposed to the West music. Name any singer I may or did hear their music. K-Pop is 100% adapting the West culture, so is J-Pop too. Not to mention both J and K-Pop pretty much targeting teenagers, specially girls. It isn't meant for men. Men mostly into GAR music. Something manly. Something has a message sometimes. Not "I love you. You love me." thing.

All of them that have lived long enough. I brought up rap because it's what I'm most familiar with and I know multiple rappers that have died in my town or over the next city 100% over beef with another one. From what you said, I assumed you wanted Kpop stars' facades to become their realities or for them to drop it altogether if not.
