Manga Boruto could possibly beat him with high difficulty, but it could go either way.

Same goes for Sarada.

Mitsuki could beat him, especially if he goes SM.

Iwabe could probably beat him.

As someone has already said, Sumire could beat him with the giant Nue (or if she triggered some negative emotions in Neji and then possessed him with the Nue snake like chakara absorption jutsu).

Mitsuki in sm, and even that’s a maybe, neji was a beast and other than blitzing speed we saw nothing of mitsukis sm, plus while mitsuki is strong, I don’t think without sm that he’s near neji combat wise

Mitsuki is more of a garuntee.

not sure why you'd include the characters that haven't been confirmed in the manga. They're aren't much of anything.

Except that its not confirmed that Metal Lee has the gates. Even if he does we don't know up to which level. Remember Lee mastered up to 5 gates to take on Neji and even then Neji was more surprised and not worried over it. Anyway OP is asking about the new gen characters vs Neji based on their current abilities and not what they might possess in the future.

As for Mitsuki I agree that with SM he stands a very strong chance of beating Neji.

Sarada on the other hand get destroyed. Her punches are too predictable for a GF master and Neji should easily be able to counter them and block her chakra points at the same time. Then its 64 palms game over.

It’s true though, everyone’s hyping the unknown, we don’t even know his time limit. Plus not a single one of the new kids has shown anything that would make me think they’d even be safe in a fight with someone like neji, ce gaara, or unweighted lee for that matter

Now am not saying the force of his punch didn't eventually exceed anything shown on the serves. However, the punch he landed on Neji wasn't at all impressive, especially when you compare it with current Sarada's punches.
