Could anyone from the New Team 7 take on the Sound 4?

Tayuya will already be under Sarada's genjutsu once she even thinks about summoning them.

Based on fighting distance Sarada could pull off the visual genjutsu and one shot Tayuya but Tayuya is a long range fighter that actually prefers to hide and attack from a distance so its unlikely for Sarada to hit Tayuya with visual genjutsu until she rushes in and their will be plenty of obstacles there waiting for Sarada

Agreed, it's such a shame she's nerfed as is Mitsuki. Why can't they kill of clone (Boruto) already and let real characters take the lead.

I totally glossed over the fact Sarada had Lightning Armour so she maybe able to close the distance with that and a couple of Lightning style attacks against Tayuya but how does Sarada get passed Tayuya's Doki summons? Dont forget that she can realise "chakra spirits" from her Demonic flute to chase Sarada down as well

This is true however have doki been shown to be able to get past lightning armour? Its like an offensive/defensive jitsu at the same time. Also Sarada would have her sharingan providing her clarity so she can perceive their movements. All it takes is a subtle genjutsu like she placed on Konohamaru to send them on a wild goose chase. Of the 3 she's actually the best match for Tayuya if everything is taken into consideration.

Boruto is the only one that would have problems. 1v1 Sarada and Mitsuki would take out any member of the Sound4

we are about to see the curse seal from bort so he should be able to beat one of them after that.

Neji with his Byakugan saw the weakspot of Jirobo's jutsu right? I assume Sarada could use her Sharingan to try the same and use CES to get out. I don't know if CES works while trapped in Jirobo's jutsu though.

Oh and none of them (including Mitsuki) could beat Kimimaro.

Sharingan can see weaknesses now too. Sarada could easily find the weakspot of Jirobo's jutsu.

Tayuya's weakness is close combat and Mitsuki apparently has speed which would also be amped by SM so i think he could beat Tayuya by forcefully closing the distance. But then again he also has nothing to counter genjutsu.. Not to mention cursed seal is literally a form of SM?

They all lose to Kido imo. Jirobo is iffy but only for Mitsuki imo as i don't think the Sarada and Boruto in the gifs are advanced enough to deal with the power of SM (Cursed seal)

As to the question:

Boruto can take Jiboro with shadow clones and taijutsu.

Kidomaru spider webs and long distance weapons present a problem for everyone. Maybe Mitsuki can speed blitz him. Maybe.

Sakon and Ukon's KKG and rashomon summoning are big obstacles. I doubt Sarada's CES could punch a Rashomon wall down. The merging, triple arm and leg attacks could be fatal to any of them though.

Sound Genjutsu would solo anyone who isn't a quick thinker like Shikamaru. I only see Mitsuki stopping Tayuya. Boruto would piss away time fighting the puppets like their the real enemy. Sarada couldn't get close to punch Tatuya.

I mean look at both the manga and anime. (forgive me I forget names of characters in this series LOL) In the manga Sarada took out a bunch of Shins and also that one dude on their first mission. Boruto took out the fat guy that kidnapped the rich kid. Mitsuki hasn't really solo'd anyone because he keeps holding back. He did kinda took out Log (older him) and stunned Oro with his speed in SM. In the anime no one has really solo'd aside from Mitsuki against Shino tbh. The others have struggled here and there and had to have help. Boruto and Sarada are strong in their own regards, but what they've solo'd so far in the manga I don't think are on the same level as the sound 4. The reason why it's important if they've defeated a strong opponent on their own is because the sound 4 would manage to split them up.

If they manage to some how not get split up, then they could take them on as a team and probably defeat them.
