I have a question about Kaguya's Ice Style

The way Kaguya utilized Ice Style looked very similar to the way Kabuto used Muki Tensei within the cave when he fought the Uchiha Bros. So was she manipulating her ice dimension with Muki Tensei or was she just using the KKG in a unique way?

It is very similar yes, though I think Kaguya's control is nameless, and it is certainly on a more massive scale than Kabuto's.

Kaguya manipulated the Ice land the same way Black zetsu (with White zetsu body) was able to manipulate the roots in the earth.
By becoming one with the nature, infuse your chakra to the environment to move it to your liking.
Kaguya didn't even change the shape and nature of her chakra to manipulate a ninjutsu so how can she have Ice style just by moving a dimension full of Ice?
Her control was very limited because even she was affected by the Ice to a certain extent because it froze her in place.
