Can Naruto beat Sasuke in a taijustu match?

There is a reason the author never allowed Naruto to fight sasuke in taijutsu other than base form. SM Naruto would literally kill sasuke in one blow, nevermind the danger sensing and enhanced durability,reflexes,speed,etc.

Not true, Naruto made a claer statement before he got Kurama's chakra. And after getting it he claimed that he could now fight Sasuke. There's nothing incorrect about it.

In regards to speed, cloaked Naruto was finessing the 4th Raikage - who at the time was using his esteemed nintaijutsu to full effect. Flimsy gifs of them engaged in taijutsu created for cinematic output isn't a true representation of how it would go down. EMS Sasuke may just about be able to keep track of Naruto going full speed, but he cannot physically keep up. His only defense is Susano, but since OP set the parameters of no jutsus (which is inclusive of doujutsus), Sasuke is wholly getting blown out of the water.[/Sub]​

In the viz Naruto simply stated he couldn't defeat sasuke by just being strong. He proceed to state that if they fought they'd both die. Now I can pull up scans of sasuke stating he needs all nine bijuu to fight Naruto atop his rinnegan/sharingan.
