What can the byakugan do that sharingan can't?

Byakugan can see the chakra network in detail, as in the chakra points in which the user can then shut down and render the enemy useless..and even kill them. The apparent future/fate telling ability that is actually legit. Near 360 vision. I haven't heard of sharingan being able to do any of those specific things. If you can provide scans in which that's shown or said to be the ability of the sharingan, that'd be cool.

I consider the Byakugan to be superior to 3Tomoe and below when it comes to the eyes themselves and not the users.
