gentle fist in itself is just shape manipulation of the chakrato utilize the byakugan. It's not a KKG and Kaguya's attack =/= gentle fist.

Sharingan users don't copy hyuga techs for a reason OP. They don't add much based on history.

I don't think it's like that though.. for instance, Tsunade and Sakura gather chakra in their fists but they are not emitting and because it isn't concentrated in high amounts like the Chidori, we don't see the chakra around their fists.

I just feel it can't count considering Chidori for one is already a Ninjutsu and the manga and db explicitly point out the fact mastery of gentle fist is needed to release chakra from all points... but still conceding nonetheless since it also change the fact Gentle fist is a KKG.

The subject is indeed valid , but Chidori is indeed emitted from the palm. CES doesn't emit its chakra which is why you could never see a CES user emit it from their whole body like Chidori stream.

-But yes , the Hyuga were said to have inherited the Gentle fist ability from Kaguya along w/Byakugan. Gentle fist is an ability they got from her. Kakashi says there are more than one KKG shared by the Hyuga apart from Byakugan. Even if one wanted to assume the other kkg was "complete control over all their tenketsu" , this would only confirm their unique Chakra manipulation is indeed a KKG no matter how you slice it. Then we have that still being a mastered application of Gentle fist. Meaning Gentle would still be considered the KKG if you want to count a mastered application of it.

Pretty sure the statement on Kaguya's databook page addresses that Byakugan and gentle fist as a whole is what they inherited from her as powers.\

So that ability of tilizing Chakra from the whole body isn't a KKG. That considered , the Byakugan is only one of the KKG passed through the Hyuga. So unless some smart guy wants to tell me what the other KKG aprt from Byakugan is , then yes Gentle fist is a KKG.

Then how did Sasuke emit and utilize Chidori from the whole body? The exact kkg ur referring is having "complete control over all Tenketsu." This is still an application of Gentle fist in mastered form , meaning the ability cant be a kkg without Gentle fist itself also being a kkg.
