How was it physically possible for Tsunade to survive being bisected?

When Madara split Tsunade into half and she was still breathing and even using her little amounts of chakra to recover the 5 Kage before even putting herself together, how was it even possible she survivied being split in half and stil access her chakra network? She's a medical ninja who is nearly impossible to kill.

I know but her regeneration wasn't active and her chakra network was split in half, yet she continued utiliising chakra.

But honestly by the time Obito broke the manga's own rules and defied death for like the 4th time only to somehow become a Force Ghost and manifest his dead, non-existent MS eyes and give them to Kakashi - anything prior in the War Arc seemed completely logical.

The yin seal which feeds off spiritual energy is located in her forehead not her waist.
Also she clearly had Katsuya working on her for quite some time which is why she was absent for such a long time.

He die for the fourth time and Obito's power is to move between dimensions and it was pointed out that rin was waiting for him on the offset of the spirit realm so of course when he used his doule mangekeyou to come back he was formless giving he had no body.It's not like its the first time a spirit was able to linger.(Cough,cough sage of six paths anyone ?)
