I'm happy Ao low diffed them but I'm disappointed Sarada wasn't allowed to low diff Ao when she could've. And Mitsuki just stood around watching his beloved get no diffed.
I'm giving the benefit of the doubt hoping that Sarada and Mitsuki will fight Kashin Koji when they head back to Konoha. Hopefully they can redeem this chapters shortcomings.

What if next chapter they find kawaki or face off against Kajin Koji? so let's just wait. don't hate the entire chapter just because your fave didn't do anything

nothing really happened this chapter either
we didn't learn anything new aside from Ao beating everyone's ass
and now they are "prepared" -- this time for round 2
so it does feel like a waste of a chapter
but granted Konohamaru was already put in a corner before TeamK arrived anyway, so I had my suspicions.

So the overhyped alien gun turned out to be some shti that does nothing and that genin can dodge like np.
Konohamaru officially confirmed to be a fodder.
Mitsuki and Sarada did nothing.
That guy sacrificed himself and the rest couldn't even go for a team attack and do something when they had a chance.
Ao is a total disappointment.
The team got negged, 1 guy got killed, yet Boruto still thinks he can take on Ao because now he has some fancy sword
I was really hyped up for this chapter. Like really really. But it was a pile of crap

Konohamaru is in my top3 most hated characters, so I don't care about him tbh. But I agree that he had a chance to show something. This whole fight was a joke, their companion died, yet neither of them decided to go all out.

Anyway the fight isn't over. I didn't really like the portrayal, but Ao got the better of them.
He ambushed them, and had ninja tools they weren't prepared for. None of them even used team work, funny enough.
But I'm sure they'll make up for that silly altercation, since its pretty obv Ikemoto/Ukyo wanted to make Ao seem formidable.
Round 2should be better
Ao isn't even a top dawg in Kara, he's just a grunt.Doesn't matter. If this is Kara power-level, then they better end this manga next chapter. Or unbury Hidan. He'd be a bigger threat
