Hmm maybe, maybe they’re pulling it back to tie in the next movie somehow? A timeskip would be possible, I think there’s what, 10 years between buu dying and that end of series tournament at the end of z?

Boruto should take a step up. At this rate, the anime is getting stale, not that it wasn't stale already. I just miss Naruto Shippuden's awesome fight scenes which came out weekly. Dragon ball super I don't watch, I think it's damn boring from the looks of it, it's more like a kid's show compared to other shounens.

I liked DBZ up to the Frieda saga after that if became ridiculous, there was no character progression only power ups and fights. And DBS is the same if not worse.

Power ups also moved tge NV away from ninjas to Spme other BS, It kind of ruined Naruto for me.

I’m sad DBS has been entertaining me the most but I’m looking forward to the ToP finally

& yeah it’s definitely time for a timeskip when they return from hiatus. Goten Trunks & Uub to get older. Oh and Pan.
