No your seeing what you want to see because that's what you want it to be. It's off topic and you chose to hijack it. Mitsuki can't read situations and I could say yes testing the water. He lives Boruto, breathes Boruto, sleeps Boruto and wants to eat Boruto. Yet we're to take him seriously and Boruto more or less called him out last episode for not being able to read the situation.

Sarada sees him as a friend. When you like a friend so much, thier can be signs of blushing when you see him/her. Thats not romantic, but nervousness because of attachment. When sarada looks at him from the bush, thier are no visible blushes, while you can see hinata blushing. What does that tell you? Sumire has shown more direct feelings so it cant possibly be Sarada's cup of tea.
