You dont have to be a medic to use Katsuyu. Katsuyu is also strong in combat. Can't be harmed and her acid is godlike. Katsuyu > your favorite summon

Although this is true I personally think this generation of team 7 will be different. We'll have Mitsuki the snake summoner, Boruto probably won't have a summon and Sarada will likely have the Hawk. I think it's largely because they want to keep it a little original.

it was leaked she was going to have a cat summon. but your logic made sense.

She can't utilize katsuya without the seal so i'm gonna say that she is getting Frogs or Hawk.

I am of the belief that we will not see the traditional three way deadlock this time around. Katsuya is naturally phased out of the combo of these three

I think we will see the 3way in a new form. let someone else be a medic. and let the new people do there own thing.

Also Sarada has been confrimed to have the seal.

I would go with Hawk because she's compared to an Indra incarnate (Sasuke) who has a hawk. And the previous incarnate Madara also liked Falconry. So I think it's an Uchiha thing. It would be cool to see an Uchiha a Hokage flinging on the back of a hawk to get to locations and meeting like a true boss.

Toads are overdone and would be too dry and repetitive, you have the 4th, and 7th Hokage who use toads. You have Konohamaru who uses toads and is a Hokage hopeful. Add Sarada it would be 3-4 Hokakage who use toads and would be original.

For the above reasons I'm going with Hawk, although she may have the 9 tails as a summon as homage to the Uchiha clan.
