Why do you think Tsunade decided to become a medical-nin

What reason may it have been that world-class, extremely succesful Tsunade chose to be a medic and why? Was it the same as sakura’s or was it a different reason?

This. Hashirama's will inspired her to also pursure great medical ninjutsu.

Sadly, people don't get much credit for mastering that area of ninjutsu around here haha

Tsunade could have been several things, she has the genes and if you can be a medic you can be pretty proficient if you focused on combat cuz you have the skills to do so

Well her grandfather had natural medical abilties so I guess she could've inherited a natural attraction to medical ninjutsu Losing her loved ones I guess made her strive harder.

There was never a concerte reason stated, im guessing kishi thought about how the other two were training with Sanin and decided **** it and threw her over to tsuande and bam! She became a medical nin

And given her skill, elemental affjnty's and chakra control, and pretty sure she learned everything Hiruzen had to offer quickly and ventured out into her family history
