As human beings, It seems that we are prone to external interference during our thinking. Some external factors being: your location, the colours you are surrounded by, the music you're listening to, the people you are surrounded by, how hungry you are etc
We are not perfect and a lot of factors affect the way we respond to a situation or an idea.Last night I fell asleep at around 2 o'clock in the morning and woke up at 5, it was still dark outside so I stayed in bed thinking about life. It seemed that for me being alone in the dark, just after some sleep, I am the least "emotional" and the most clear-headed. I didn't have any immediate desires like the feeling of hunger, so nothing was nagging my thoughts.
In the moment I felt very clear-headed where I could make serious decisions without a lot of bias. I think this can be very individual, so, what is your ideal environment and time for clear thinking?
