are you comparing just kamui and amaterasu? then i don't know kamui is pretty dope.. if you get hit, that's it unless, like madara you have some special space time ninjutsu. with amaterasu, if you get hit you can seal it no problem like jiraiya did, but it's still going to leave some damage. i think it all depends on the user and how they use it. if you asking what the strongest doujutsu is, it's basically like this:

rinnegan>ems>ms>sharingan stage2>byakugan>sharingan

I believe Amaterasu is more powerful. Indistinguishable black flames appear wherever you look, and it can be used multiple easily. Also, if you're skilled with Amaterasu like Sasuke is, you can manipulate the flames after you've created them to use jutsus with them.

depends on the users skill.
Example: Sasuke and Itachi were extremly skilled in Ameterasu while Kakashi was very unskilled in using Kamui. So if we were comparing techs Kamui would be better but from what we have seen up to now, Ameterasu is better.

The strongest dojutsu yet is Izanagi (the 1 Dazo used) because it blends worlds of illution and reality and that really packs a punch if proparly used. Though the cost is one sharingan's total blindness, u cannot have what u don't pay 4 after all.

But if Madara Suceeds in his plan(as he is telling), the infintite tsukiomy will the greatest dojutsu ever coz it will enthrall the whole world.

Jiraiya was not targeted. Amaterasu was just in front of him and took his time to seal it. Itachi's Susano'o is the strongest. Then, it could be Gedo Mazo ( I think it's Rinnegan-based ).
