Anime or Manga better?

What do you guys like more the vs AO arc or the filler to the chunin exams.

Anime gives more content(fight scenes and side character development) even if it portrays clone's (Boruto's) character as excessively fillerish. My other objection is I don't have much problem with additions to canon material but when the anime changes canon material and replaces it with filler that's a big no no. The manga could be better or would at least be as appreciated if it was released more regularly.

Manga oveall.
The ghost arc was terrible
The animation for the Mist arc was great and so was the fight but ultimately meaningless i rather would have seen an arc that focused on the ninja in the village and gave the new K11 some actual development.


I rather read the manga chapters and manga one shots

The chunin exams is not filler the filler is the inbtwine parts.

In terms of entertainment/enjoyment, Anime will always be superior.

However when it comes to pure content, of course the Manga will come on top.

Well you guys are forgetting that the manga made the mist village arc canon boruto mentions it to Ao so we can't say what happens in the anime is filler anymore with certainty, But the best parts of the anime have been the adaptations from manga, most of the anime I haven't liked. It has gotten better. I like manga because it seems more dark, and serious. Hopefully the anime will follow it's tone
