What i wanted to say, Rinnegan was nerfed at the end. but considering Naruto have Kurama i would say Naruto unless Rinnegan isnt nerfed.

Sasuke with an unrestricted rinnegan would be too dangerous, I can imagine him usung Asura path with Ameno to swoop in slicing and dicing. The possibilities of what he could do are vast although a Naruto with full Kurama would be nearly as dangerous.

Its what i said, if only Rinnegan wasnt nerfed just like it was , and as far as i remember Naruto couldnt do nothing to Nagato with six paths even when he was in control of biju mode

Well I would play with Sakura and she has both of them wrapped around her finger so neither , but for others Sasuke would be the one that you can't beat without a cheat code

If the character isn't extremely fast (or smart) , then Sasuke would be the worst final boss .
But if the character doesn't have too much stamina (or chakra reserves and good reflexes) , then Naruto would be the worst possible opponent for him .

Sasuke would be more painful to fight. Naruto is more brutal. I'd say Sasuke would be worse. He wouldn't leave any openings.
