Can a hiyuga use teh powers of Byakugan without Byakugan????????

I was going to bring this up and thankfully you saved me the trouble.Yin is spiritual energy which is generated from mental energies so the sharingans abilities are shown exclusively throught their eyes except for the case of their chakra solidifying and creating Susanoo.This was the ability Madara used without his eye sight because the technique was a yin based technique witha psychical manifest so eyes aren't needed

.Theorrectically a Hyuuga with a power,knowledge and experience of his dojustu comparable to Madara's power,knolwdge and experince he had with his dojustu should have no problem using a good portion of their abilities since most of them are psychical based.Remeber Hyuga can actiate their tenketsu all over their body so they don't need their eyes unless they need to see the chakra sytem,tracking,combating genjustu.

This is simply untrue.The sharingan can;
See chakra
Perceive time slower(Note this doesn't make you faster as sasuke could see rock lee but was helpless to stop the attacks so being able to see doens't mean it is an automatic counter)
Help copy most justu (If you can learn it then you can copy it,it doesn/t mean you can copy and counter anything)
Enhanced genjustu

The Byakugan can;
See through most genjustu
Bend light and track far distances and see in 360 degrees
See chakra ASWELL as the entire chakra network
And unlike the uhchiha the Hyuuga are taught to use taijustu which means that a higher average of ninja from this clan are more than likely to take advantage over the psychical combat benefits their eyes grant them so rest assured that most Hyuuga will be able to expel chakra out of a majorty of their tenketsu and be able to fight proficently in close combat and shut down your chakra system as well.



All in all i believe indivdual uchiha can become more powerful than the majority of Hyuuga given that the sharingan can help Uchiha unlock a unique powerful justu unleashed by the mangekyou but the few indiduals who have obtained this power do not shift the statisics in favor of the Uchiha being more powerful on average

Yes you can but in order to do chakra based GF moves (aka the real GF) you would need to first unlock the byakugan

We saw Hinata and Kaguya use different vacuum palms with and without their eyes active.

Usually when accuracy and hitting the points are not needed but instead just doing a barrage or hitting a large target of things or thing.

A Byakugan user could technically teach a non Byakugan user vacuum palm, TLF and GF thaijutsu by showing them their chakra points and helping them build up chakra etc. Even Hyuga can use these jitsu without active Byakugan because they've learnt how to release the chakra and form it.

I would imagine ixecplitable chakra control would be a requirement thus limiting the numbre of people who can learn releasing teneketsu points especially ones in specfic regions of the body as that would require dediction to pshyical training that most ninja simply don't have time for if that is not their fighting style of choice

Nah most ninja learn how to release chakra from their hands and feet so all they need to do is learn forming it and releasing it like GF techs. That may require a little time not as much as you make it out to be.
