You’re reaching good sir. A number of genin in Naruto dressed sort of casual like these guys.

Naruto literally just wore jumpsuits.
Hinata, Kiba & Shino literally all three just wore coats.
Sakura’s genin outfit is pretty much the same set up as Sumires

A lot more but those are the most casual I can think of
