Gaara and Tsunade survives it more times than not.
Ay tanks it easily.
If Onoki can create a jinton large enough before the technique hits him he survives, otherwise he gets oneshotted.

I think the Sharks eat Tsunade, Ay should be able to kill the sharks but you can't swim well with one arm. Gaara I don't know how his sand works when wet. and I have seen something that shows it will not go well for him "He sinks" but I do think he can ass pull his way out.

I think Mei is fine. being from the mist most of them are swimers.

and I don't know what the old man can do.

Gaara - oceans sit on top of dunes of sand. He can create a giant sand tidal wave from the ocean floor

Mei - her affinity is WATER. Her Dragon water jutsu was larger than Madara's majestic flame. She can just propel herself out of the water

The shark bombs eat chakra. ay does not have any air or way to get back up.
