Alucard was standing on sandy fields as he was facing another ninja. By the looks, a pitiful one. Not even bothering with any sort of conversation, he'd build up his chakra and prepare for an assault.
..Actually he changed his mind about the not talking part.
"Why hello there"
As he spoke, he created two shadow-clones one to his right and one to his left.
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
As the clones were formed, they would together create a combined attack. The first clone(the one to the right of Alucard) would utilize their wind chakra and gather up the sand nearby using the wind created. A large gust of wind and sand would rage towards the opponent. As that happened, the second clone would use their fire chakra. After performing four handseals(at the same time as the wind technique was released) the clone would emit a large stream of fire that ultimately would create a fire tornado. As the fire came in contact with the dust storm that the first clone had created, the fire would get even bigger and deadlier using the oxygen from the wind and melt the sand that the wind carried.

The original Alucard gasps as he watched the destruction. It was quite boring..

The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. As the two shadow clones materializes Rouge waves 1 hand seal as he surges his earth chakra throughout his body releasing what appears to be a raging dust cloud that propagates in an omnidirectional manner outwards onto the battlefield overtaking his opponent's in mere moments before jolting off. The sandstorm hampers regular sight severely, making it very hard to comprehend the things around the them, as it rages on taking over the entire mid.range.
Running on a counter clock wise route encircling his targets from their right while keeping mid.range, Rouge focuses on their bodies which the young shinobi can easily pin-point through the dust storm due to the jutsus function, and casts an illusion on all three of his target's where numerous explosions begin setting off within various places of short range of Alucard and his clones. The searing heat from the back to back explosions along with debris from the upturned earth below the three stooges would send the group violently tumbling to the broken ground receiving all type of precieved damage.
By now Rouge would be at a four o'clock position behind his opponents where he throws four shuriken towards his unaware targets for various reasons. A shuriken hits the torso of each body within the shroud while the extra leftover shuriken hits the ground in-between the middle person. The shuriken would not only disperse the clones but initiate the shadow imitation jutsu trapping Alucard if successful.

Description: The user molds chakra throughout their entire body as they wave a single hand seal triggering this technique. Upon its activation the user releases an omnidirectional sphere from their body that consists of numerous grains of earth that stay suspended in the air in motion around the user on various axes while the creator serves as the techniques epicenter. This technique resembles an active dust storm in appearance, translucent in nature, and even capable of hampering one's sights once amidst the cloud but does not completely block out sights. Small objects are harder to pick up without enhanced sights, human sized objects are seen to a hampered degree, while bigger objects are easier to spot than others. The course of each grain's fixed rotation is linked to the user's senses allowing them to feel the unnatural motion of disturbance amid their cloud as well as the feeling of grains being removed from the overall substance giving the user enhanced feelings while surrounded by their own grain cloud. Lasting 4 turns, this technique consistently collects grains of earth from its surroundings while active making the jutsu seem unquellable as it reforms when faced with weaker techniques.

The technique, however, is weak when cast upon multiple targets as it only takes one individual to release the technique for large groups of people.
Note: This technique can be cast on multiple targets but when done it only takes one person to release the technique for all parties involved with genjutsu kai. However all members need to be within short range distance.

..i don't see your illusion defending against my wind+fire combo but it's alright i'll continue xd.
Alucard had summoned his clones only to see his opponent create a spherical sort of setting with grains of rock floating in mid air around him. This made it slightly more difficult to spot the guy, however Alucard and his clones focused on the cloud of smoke as it seemed to follow the motion of the opponent, having him as its epicenter. One of the clones would attain their lightning chakra and lift up their hand towards the clouds in the air above the floating rock formation. Doing this would let the clone create lightning bolts to rain down on the desired location. Creating a widespread attack of lightning coming from above.
(Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning
Simultaneously to this, the second clone would attain their fire chakra and spew out a stream of fire towards the ground where the cloud of dust where moving towards(which was their right). The stream would make the ground catch fire and ultimately turn into a big pillar of flames that would set anything within that cloud afire.
( Katon: Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique
Alucard himself would use a special umbrella and cast it up above the opponent. This umbrella would be loaded with countless of senbons that would rain down on the cloud of dust in a widespread fashion. Combined with his clones techniques, the senbons would be charged with lightning or become burning hot with fire. All jutsus happening simultaneously.
