But the thing is that other Uchihas were not born at War Era ... Sasuke was born at Peace Era and that's why he didn't become as powerful as Madara (at his peak) .

Others were born at that era yet they died very young. People can stop acting like being born in that era is only thing that matters. He was that strong because he was prodigy with natural skills not just because he was born in war era.

take for example Itachi and Sasuke .

Both Itachi and Sasuke were born in era without war yet difference in skills was pretty clear. Itachi was anbu at age 11 while sasuke at that age didn't even become genin.

So argument he was born in war era doesn't hold that much water to be honest.
