we know Kara is heavily involved with the seal Boruto and Kawaki possess and the leader of Kara himself may possibly have the seal as well.

No news on Narutos status. A opening foreshadowed kid Boruto reaching out to Naruto walking away from him but ultimately failing only to see his future self where Naruto is presumably dead.

Sarada finally shut the haters up, not only did she solo Boruto in an all-out fight in CQC, she also proceeded to give us the Fireball we'd all been waiting for. As always, she stole the spotlight from her other teammates and had NB only focused on her showcased Fireball jutsu. Basically, it's all been about Sarada until now. Next chapter might flesh out Boruto more since he's been lagging behind now with nothing new dished out, his moveset although has versatility needs a new jutsu so he's at least as interesting as his fans would like him to be. At this rate, he'll lose his Sasuke mojo he's been carefully feigning. There's also the fact this series has stooped so low as to revive a character because he has a Byakugan and rectonned him to suit the narrative, but it's been tolerable so far, and only cause he wields a machine gun we know nothing of now other than it might be able to blow up Katatsuke's corpulent body so Boruto goes into an emotional rage and awaken his Jougan/activate his seal, whichever Kodachi prefers to ingratiate Hyuuga base.

He pulled it out of nowhere according to the hearsays, but IDK. I haven't read the chapter since the cover was too atrocious for my liking. There's nothing revealed about his Genjutsu prowess, unfortunately. They might get into it next chapter though. If the proceeding chapters were anything bad, I think the upcoming one will compensate for all the incessant backtracking on the plot. It hasn't got any redemption so far, in case you're wondering. It's been going in circles for the last 3 - 4 chapters, so all 4 months have gone to waste.

Someone getting tripped is not a solo. When you defeat someone (or knock someone out) in a fight: That's a solo.

There is no filler canon war anymore. 123fire eventually understood that everyone has their own opinion, with that the war was over.

It's more of a Boruto Fans vs Sarada Fans war right now. Illogical Boruto and Sarada threads posted all the time, you might notice if you stick around.

I'm sure Konohamaru was weighing out the scenario. It could've been a matter that needed him to run away instead of face the felon head-on. I still trust Konohamaru's strength, based on his databook scores and portrayal.

Well, if you look at their attitudes, they're like oil and water.

Sarada takes the prospect of being ninja extremely serious. Boruto obviously does not.

Sarada has a strict attitude and takes almost everything seriously. Boruto doesn't really have any principles. He just does whatever he feels is right. Like when Wasabi and that girl were stuck because the other girl didn't know she didn't want to become a shinobi. Boruto would've just walked in and performed his TnJ if he was as affected by it as Sarada, while the latter although she was empathetic of the situation she decided not to intervene based on principle. So there, it's mind v. heart. Sarada being very subdued by her mind when Boruto does something out of volition. Such two people can never get along, tbh. Unless they COMPROMISE.

You also got the fact they just wanted to prove a point about Sarada. That she has a will of her own and would even compromise losing Boruto as a teammate, if that meant her path wouldn't be distracted.

It was all practically to reassure us that Sarada is a standalone person, and her dream takes priority over everything else, albeit at the cost of her empathy. She didn't seem empathetic afterwards, but the point was conveyed, and now they can start working on her relationship with Team 7 now that they've done away with that triviality.
