They've only done the third databook for some reason. Probably because Naruto was at it's height in the West at the time. I recall them releasing like 3 volumes a month til they caught up with Japan. The third Databook came out back then in Japan, and it covers the volumes that were released so it was fitting.

A number of translations have been translated the wrong way, like the intro text and their biography. The only thing 100% correct is the name, ninjutsu caster, and chakra grid that each person have on their databook stat.

Fans translated it so a lot of re-wording has been done due to bias reasons. You can catch them by looking at their state grids being completely different than what's been fan translated in the bio.
Or you can look at the kanji names for each ninjutsu name caster too. Besides that I'm seeing what else I can do to find out more mistakes being done.
