Why is everyone sure the vessel is Kawaki? do u really think Boruto will befriend the vessel?

People all over forums saying the vessel is Kawaki and they're even sure about it. but did u think about it a bit? I don't see Boruto befriending a vessel precious for Kara

It hints that they know each other, that doesn’t necessarily mean they become best friends. For all we know boruto knew of the contempt kawaki held for ninja and that’s why he’s saying that. It is part of the naruto series though, so the odds are pretty high
