The reason i say this i dont see them beating Ao at their current level. Isnt Ao suppose to be a kage bodyguard? That means he should just be on par with sharinganless Kakashi. They couldnt even steal the bell from Kakashi, how are they suppose to beat a top tier jounin in battle without a massive powerup?

Also explains why Sarada awakened Sharingan through Excitement. A deliberate dysfunction of a legit Manga rule. Sarada probably won't awaken MS due to these Conditions. Nah more like it's going to go down similar to Team 7 vs Zabuza. This scientist guy is the old bridge builder (maybe he sacrifices himself?). Ao is Zabuza (they both are from the mist, and following orders). Konohamaru fights him with help from his team to protect the injutlred guy or something. Bet you Ao also has backup incase he might fail/lose. Maybe that Kara guy that was on the train with him or maybe Kawaki. Naruto liked Haku in the end. Maybe this will be different and the person backing Ao (Kawaki?) is someone Boruto will hate/despise. Maybe it will trigger his Jougan eye (dark chakra/emotions) and activate his seal. My 2 cents on this next chapter/arc.
