I am stunned on how no one mentioned this so far. Kinshiki is obviously the one to take this, brute strength is pretty much his whole thing.

Technically you could also say Momoshiki, but his strength pretty much completely comes from Kinshiki.

It was never stated or even hinted Hashirama was physically stronger than an average person.

Both have perfect chakra control and both have Byakugou which is said to be pinnacle of chakra control .

Now if we add that chakra control ( for CES) to Tsunade's natural superhuman strength and add same chakra control to Sakura's normal strength shouldn't Tsunade punchs be more powerful ?

Base Momo casually pimp kicked Naruto through the CE arena like a foot-ball. If fusion stacks the power which it should , then Momo is the strongest physically. We also saw him buffing up DBZ style , and his following back hand placed Sasuke on his ass for a long time before Boruto finished it.

Well apparently the manga explanation is that Tsunade is reserving a part of her chakra to look younger, and because Sakura doesn't have to do this, she can use that extra chakra to boost her strength even further.
+there is the fact that we haven't seen part 2 Tsunade punching the ground ( the same way Sakura did after unlocking Byakugou ) so we can't know for sure how much more powerful she is ( if she is at all, because according to Hashirama, she MAY be stronger )
