Too many wind users in Boruto’s class?

I think it's the same reason there were too many sannin within a single generation after Hiruzen became hokage, they seem to influence a lot of young shinobi to want to be like them.

Either that or Naruto has secretly been spreading his seed in Konoha like the Senju, in 20 years time there will be no more Uzumaki because everyone will have Uzumaki ancestry. The nation of fire will change its name to the nation of scorch

Do you think it has something to do with Naruto and Sasuke's presence ? Maybe their chakra is so strong people just inherited their affinities out of thin air. Konoha is technically exposed to two nuclear plants...

Could be from when they(parents) were under IT they were all becoming one with kaguya so may have gained some traits.

My thoughts exactly but mokuton makes more sense although all abilites are a possibility, I look at it rationally those who have less chakra would've lost it faster than those with more so the influence of the Tree(transformation) would be more in them than those who had more chakra. A plethora of varying abilities is possible and it would be a legit method of grating abilities.

It's insane how these academy students know so many jutsu while kakashi was very shocked a well known genius and top scorer like sasuke could use a fire jutsu as a genin, Let alone having 2-3 or being able to use seal jutsu at that age

I agree it's taken away from the characters as a whole of they had 1 or 2 jutsu and were using them strategically it would far more interesting. It could also showcase team work and character development.

& so far they’ve been using them creatively and efficiently

I think it's just that the academy curriculum has developed.

The sealing jutsu they all used was used by Iruka against Naruto at the turtle island, so it may have been something he introduced to the curriculum to introduce them to sealing techniques. Obviously their version isn't very strong, since I took all of them to slow down kakashi.

On topic, I disagree. Wind is very advantageous as an element, and all the users mentioned have legit reasons for having it. Boruto and Shikadai cuz of their parents, and Mitsuki because Oro had the choice, and could see the benefit of a wind-based moveset.

Besides, the ones with KKG are unlikely to use the elements much (inoshikacho, and the various other genin who all seem to have a unique style.)

I agree it does seem a bit much too soon. Good thing they are down playing Mitsuki’s Sage Mode. That would be way over the top
