Pain is the obvious go-to but Sarada and Kakuzu have really exciting themes. You can also attribute certain tracks to characters if it played during an iconic moment for them, I don't really mind.

Oro's theme in part 1 was great. Only his and Pain's caught my full attention in the entire series Gaara's theme in part 1 didn't really do him justice imo.
