Kinshiki did state that his guardian passed on his power to him so most likely it had to be the third mysterious guy or maybe jigen killed him and received that mark on his chin

Sigh, time to watch Boruto the movie yet again :S well i didn't plan to but still that's weeks of nothing important. How many times we gotta do it over with slightly different twists.
