I’m talking about the quality of them and how the shinobi uses them.

Boruto's gotta be up there somewhere. He uses his own clones even better than Naruto did, he's far more creative with them. Gotta be to compensate for the lack of numbers anyway.

And Kakashi. Not only his use of it with Raiden, but his lightning clone and that one intimidation tactic he used in the Naruto bridge too.

Madara with his Susanoo clones is also a great usage for them, even though he mostly seems to be doing it for the sake of showing off to the Kage. Him using those to fool the Gokage before catching them off guard is also a good use for them, though fairly standard still.

I hope Boruto will never stop using clones the way he currently does. I’d hate for him to become crazy powerful and start to only use big and flashy jutsus, techniques, and whatnot.
