I don't think any element from Onepiece is like 100% like the real world but its pretty close. Like a real magma would burn right through Shanks' sword in the marineford world. And when Luffy was punching Big mam's Prometheus, jinbei said haki won't necessarily work because its real life fire given life. So what does that imply of a fire type logia user?

I think the reason he couldnt plunge through shanks blade was due to immense busoshoku haki . I agree with you on the other parts .

Well it depends on which fire you're talking about. You can't compare fire on earth to something like the Sun that holds a way different level of stellar plasma that can destroy a whole planet if not theoretically the solar system if it so happens to collapse. That's beyong Ace's power.
So what quantity of fire on earth would it take to be hotter than magma? Do you have a list?
The earth's core is out of question too.

That’s because Akainu made volcanos while Aokiji made ice mountains, so naturally the weather will change if you put too much element into anything. That fight just showed how powerful their projectile is. Like Ace isn’t strong enough to fight for 10 days and make an island constantly sunny.

I'm no gonna lie...I just don't see what makes Jinbei so impressive to some. He hasn't really shown me any feats to suggest he could stand with Zoro's top feats, like cutting Pica. Like, okay, he fought Ace to a standstill when Ace was a rookie, but even current Luffy's shown better feats than a version of Ace that was stronger than that so...

I'm sorry riker but j have to disagree. Jinbe feat of fighting ace for 5 days straight > everything the straw hats have done in terms of stamina and endurance.

I believe zoro is strong yes but all of his opponents have been (with exception of fishman island) people who either do not fight (monet) or does not like to be hit and is used to deal with mass loads of people at once (pica). Had zoro taken out/ vergo someone who actually brawls then his feats would be more impressive or even fought with doffy (some of these people on this base think that zoro can beat doffy not going to touch that debate with a 10 foot pole) his feats would be more 8mpressive. What makes zoros feats impressive is the scaling of his attacks not necessarily who they were used against.

I rank jinbe and ace over everyone zoro has fought in this new world and I feel that oda knows that vergo wouldve given zoro a hard time (he is the top executive) and doffy wouldve defeated zoro pretty badly. I believe that oda is saving zoro for zao to showcase true power. But because of his incredible showing against weak/non fighters make a his hype skyrocket. I've seen people say he can mid diff law. There is strong chance that he can beat fuji. That he could destroy doffy etc.. it's all because oda dillberitly putting him against such weak opponents.

So yeah sorry for getting off topic in beginning of time skip i believe jinbe by hype/portrayal and the ace feat should still be stronger then the main 3 (bar gear 4th I can't see him beating it then again I can't see sabo and any of the worst generation bar blackbeard beating it as well. Due to its sheer destructive force) but he is at ace's level. Luffy is right there at that level and is about to surpass that. Zoro who I believe is literally right under luffy in terms of power (gear 4th included if asura is a transformation rather then a move.) (Sanji as well but oda has been disgustingly shitting on him since beginning of time skip). So if zoro was to fight jinbe it have to be high to extreme diff on either side due to them being on same tier (my opinion) with slight edge towards jinbe because of stamina and endurance which are zoros strong stats.

None of the straw hats have had lo ng period battles with a opponent that was basically even to them luffy had a bout with an injured doffy via gear 4th for about 40 min and then fought cracker for 11hrs (only due to eating crackers constantly, running away, and cracker being such a dumbass) zoro nor Sanji have had battles that was more worthy to showcase the time spent on defeating the opponet whereas jinbe has and that was for 5 days that fest alone puts him on jacks level of stamina and endurance and tech almost half of an admirals stamina and endurance (with we are using Akainu and akoiji). Jack admirals and jinbe all have something in common in this situation. They fought someone in the same tier as them and because of that it was a true hard fought battle.
