Maybe Shino is strong enough to be jounin among the noble clan of Konoha the Aburame? I think for a concept Aburame should be a deadly clan if written well if using hax jutsu like a virus, epidemic, plague, infected disease or nano insect. Just a time and plot restriction. But for real SM is really another level SM hashirama and SM Jiraiya for example.
