Konohamaru should be at least Kage level in strength now

Konohamaru was beasting on S class shinobi since he was like 12 and punking Pain. It greatly perturbs me that he's apparently gone missing or offline or whatever investigating this dumb f*cking blimp. Lawd Naruto-sama's student should be passing out headlocks like candy on Halloween, not getting negged by literal nobody's on basic recon.

Obvious excluding Naruto and Gaara, Kage isn't even that much of a bar now. That coward with the worst Mist sword and Onoki's granddaughter are Kage for titties sake. Darui makes the cut off because he's at least as strong as Mei was, but Konohamaru HAS GOT to be up there by now.

I agree. He is an Elite Jounin. I mean he was a student of Ebisu who trained Jounin. His feats are questionable because we haven't seen him in action since the timeskip and we don't know how the new Manga is going to show him off.

Until we see some major feats, Konohamaru has severely dropped all the potential he had. And that's fine, not everyone can grow up to be god-tier. I like the realism in the fact that adult Konohamaru's personality is very different.

I would so lower to mid Kage level. I think it is almost a given he has sage mode since he has the toad summons and is Naruto's student in a way so sage mode would be the best power up he can have. He is probably at a Naruto vs Pain level at this point. Kind of impressive even though Naruto was 16 at the time and Konohamaru is currently about 28
