Which good guy would've made an interesting bad guy?

My thoughts:

Any of the good tactical geniuses would've made very interesting and formidable bad guys. Kakashi, Itachi (not just pretending again lol), Shikamaru.

Zabuza would've made a cool good guy. Haku should've still died, but Zabuza should've survived and turned good from then on. I can imagine Naruto calling him "Uncle Zabuza" or something :yeah:

This could've been cool as ****. Young Naruto decides to go rogue and tame Kurama at any costs to destroy the village that shunned and traumautized him. Could've traveled around and met other Jinchuriki, eventually find Obito, etc. Have clashes with Sasuke who has taken it upon himself to cleanse the Uchiha name and rescue his longtime buddy that was unjustly ousted.

An effective reversal of roles, but minor changes could go a long way.

Menma from the move was actually cool.

Menma as an idea was ****ing incredible, but Road to Ninja is straight doo doo butter. Naruto looks phenomenal with dark hair though.

Honestly? Sakura Haruno.

I'm genuinely curious why you think so. Her only problems in life were dealing with a big forehead and chasing a boy who didn't like her. That's not even interesting for a side character lmao.

Naruto would've been an interesting bad guy, imagine he was bitter and hurt and could use chakra chains. He channelled Kurama after subjugating him via the chains and became purely malevolent(corrupted by the power). He'd make a really ruthless bad guy with immense power, Being a bad guy he'd also be intelligent so could learn and spam super jutsu etc.

Calling a character who is an antagonist/villain/murderer/liar/coward (killing babies/attacking pregnant woman) a crappy human being doesn't qualify as character bashing What next? Calling Freiza a baldy is character bashing?

I mean, everyone deals with their issues in different ways and not every villain became so due to some tragic trauma. I don't have a motive because then i'd be on fanfic territory but you have to admit a turn from an ordinary and hard-working character like her would be curious.
