Hima's byakugan is scary = 2

When Hima awakens her eyes again bring her to me = 3



and more of course but I don't want to scourge like 10 episodes... the three above was via three different episodes...not including the OVA episode were she unlocked her eyes

Anyways, to actually answer OP. I don't think Himawari's eye is a KKM, as no criteria for what makes a KKG a KKM instead was never explained. However only Kaguya and Hagormo have KKM so it obviusly relates to gaining power from the Divine Fruit.
