Sharingan users never were able to copy tech that can be used only with specific tool or use copied jutsu instantly. Its problem with Saradas Sharingan.

Hey Bro take it easy is saying you need the kiba swords to use the lightning jutsu. She needs to provide proof/scan that the kiba swords are necessary to use those jutsu. Sarada copying the lightning jutsu confirms yoy don't need the swords. Take it easy has made the claim and now needs to provide proof not you.

he negged shino who was carelessly using his chakra. rewatch episode 6 in the end. sumire was using shino's chakra immensely and unprofessionally which lead to his defeat. naruto explains it in the end of ep 6

Pretty much this, all take it easy has are what ifs and buts she has nothing canon confirming that the swords are necessary to use the jutsu. As you stated the very fact that Sarada was able to copy and replicate the jutsu without the swords invalidates her fanfic. It's on her to provide proof that the swords are necessary for the jutsu but no such proof exists.
